How Can I Set Up Auto Recharge Feature in OnlineMeeting?

Auto Recharge ensures you never run out of interpreting time during a meeting by automatically topping up your prepaid credits when they reach zero. 

You can enable Auto Recharge in two ways:

 Option 1: From your EventCAT profile

1. Click on the profile icon at the top right corner and select Billing & Payments. 

       2. Locate the Auto Recharge section

      3. Click the toggle to switch it from Disabled to Enabled

 Option 2: From the Customer Billing Portal

1. In the same section, click the Open Customer Billing Portal button
   
   

2. Look for the setting: “Auto-recharge when credits run out.”
   
   

3. Select Yes - this enables automatic top-ups using your saved payment method
   
   

4. You can disable it at any time directly from the portal
   

Tips for uninterrupted service

To ensure real-time translation continues without interruption, you can:

• Enable Auto Recharge on your Prepaid Plan: Once your hours run out, the system will automatically charge $15 per additional hour.

• Enable Auto Recharge on your Business or Personal Plan: If you exceed the 10-hour limit, the system will switch to prepaid hours at $15 per hour and automatically charge for any additional hours.
