EventCAT OnlineMeeting does not permit meeting participants to download subtitle records (meeting minutes) by default. Only the meeting host can view and download the subtitle records after the meeting ends, from the 'History' menu on the left sidebar of EventCAT OnlineMeeting.
If you don’t want any meeting records kept, you can also set the system to delete all subtitle data immediately after the session ends automatically.
What if the meeting host also doesn't want to download the meeting record or doesn’t want any records kept?
Upon request, we can customize the system to automatically delete the meeting minutes as soon as the meeting ends.
