All EventCAT data is securely protected

EventCAT protects all data in the following ways:

Meeting access is restricted to participants only.
Each meeting generates a unique link (URL), which can only be accessed by the participants of that specific meeting.

Meeting data is automatically deleted after 7 days for OnlineMeeting.
Original data collected during the meeting, such as voice data and subtitles, will be automatically deleted 7 days after the meeting ends, in accordance with security policies. If you need the meeting video or minutes (subtitle files), please download them within 7 days. After that, recovery will not be possible.

It also has industry-standard security certifications.

EventCAT has obtained the SOC 2 Type II information security certification from the U.S. and is a member of the Trusted Partner Network (TPN), a global content security alliance, complying with the highest security standards in the industry.
