If your meeting has ended, but you can't see the transcript, only part of it is recorded, or you cannot download it, please contact us at contact@eventcat.com. Our team will quickly assist you in resolving the issue.
To help us resolve the issue faster, please include the Meeting History (the date and time of your meeting) and any error messages when you contact us.
How to find Meeting History:
- Go to https://app.eventcat.com/onboarding and select OnlineMeeting.
- In the left panel, click History to view your meeting details: https://app.eventcat.com/dashboard/meetings/history.
- Once you're there, see the list of your meetings and select the one you're having issues with and contact us as instructed.
