We are pleased to announce a new feature in MediaCAT: Bulk Download. This enhancement allows you to select multiple projects from your project list and download subtitle files for all source and target languages at once. Bulk Download streamlines the process for project managers, enabling simultaneous download of multiple subtitle files with just a few clicks.
Select Projects
To begin the bulk download process, select the desired projects from your project list, then click the 'Download Output Files' icon. This action will initiate the download of subtitle files for all selected projects.
Confirm Downloadable Files
When you click on the ‘Download Output Files’ icon, you will enter the bulk download modal.
Download Options
On the right side, you'll find various download options for your subtitle files. These include selecting the subtitle file format, adjusting the input timecode shift, and configuring other subtitle-related settings. Once you've set your preferred options, click the 'Download' button in the bottom right corner. Please note that it may take a few moments to compress and download the files as a zip archive.
Please note that file downloads may be unavailable in the following situations:
Transcription or translation is still in progress
An editor session is currently active
Transcription or translation has failed
The file format is not supported for the specific language
To see the specific reason for unavailability, hover your cursor over the warning icon.
