EventCAT OnlineMeeting Onboarding Guide for Zoom 'Webinars and Events' Live translation
1. Sign in to zoom.us, and visit Webinar.
https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/list#/upcoming
2. Click Schedule a Webinar.
3. Fill in the information of your webinar.
And please check that,
1) The Registration and Authentication options are not enabled.
2) Automatically record webinar is enabled.
This is because the EventCAT bot cannot join a meeting without those options.
4. Click "Start this Webinar", and copy the link to join your webinar.
5. Go to EventCAT OnlineMeeting, sign in on that page, and go to https://app.eventcat.com/dashboard/meetings/wizard
- Select your Translation Model
- When Entering Your MeetingInformation copy the meeting link that you copied in the previous step on your Zoom account.
6. A few seconds later, you can see the bot joining the meeting as an attendee. So the meeting host should promote the bot to a panelist.
7. After a few seconds, the bot will join the webinar as a panelist and automatically ask you to allow recording.
8. Done. Now the EventCAT bot will interpret all the participants' voices.
