One-Click Meeting Data Management
Instant deletion or record storage after the meeting — data control is your choice.
Now, with EventCAT OnlineMeeting, you can manage meeting data more easily and securely. When inviting an AI interpreter, the following confirmation popup will appear:
“Do you agree to the immediate deletion of data after the meeting ends?”
[ ] Do not show this message again
✔️ Selecting “Delete after meeting ends” will permanently delete subtitle data immediately after the meeting ends, and it cannot be downloaded.
✔️ Want to keep the meeting record?
You can adjust options when creating the meeting invite to save subtitles.
This feature helps you easily comply with data security, privacy policies, and internal regulations.

More Flexible Multilingual Subtitle Language Settings
Separate speaker language and subtitle language — supports over 40 languages.
You can now separately select the speaker's voice and subtitle language. This allows you to provide more accurate real-time subtitle translations tailored to your audience's language.
✔️ Note: Selecting more than 3 translation languages may slightly slow down real-time processing speed. For large events, rehearsal and pre-testing are recommended.

Enhanced Zoom Security Integration
EventCAT can now integrate with Zoom meetings that require login.
Need stronger security?
Now, EventCAT's interpretation bot can participate in Zoom meetings that require login authentication.
Set it up as follows:
Go to the Zoom settings page
In the [Security] section, enable "Only authenticated users can join meetings"
Save settings
This feature is especially useful for conducting sensitive meetings or private sessions where external leakage is a concern.
