Getting Started
If you already have an EventCAT account, skip to Set Up Your Meeting below.
To use EventCAT OnlineMeeting, you need to create an account first.
Once you create an account, you can immediately use the real-time translation & AI caption features!

Step 1. Create an Account Sign Up
If you're new to EventCAT OnlineMeeting, start by creating an account:
Go to the EventCAT Login Page
Click "Don’t have an account?" and sign up using your email
Complete OTP (one-time password) email verification
Sign in and you’re ready to go
Setting Up Online Meeting
Once you’re logged in, follow these steps to start your real-time translated meeting.
Step 1. Choose a Plan
To create a session, Select a plan that fits your needs:
Free Trial: 20-minute access to all features
Prepaid Plan Swift: $15/hour
Prepaid Wise: $30/hour
Subscription Plan Plus: $179/month
- Subscription Plan Pro: $279/month
Step 2. Enter Your Meeting Link
To start real-time translation, invite the EventCAT AI Interpreter:
But first, choose the plan of your preference: Swift or Wise and feel free to check our FAQ for more information! (link there). After that:
Copy your meeting invitation link (Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams)
Paste it into the Meeting URL field on your EventCAT dashboard
Set:
Speaking Languages
Target Subtitle Languages
(Optional) Choose a Glossary for better accuracy
Click ‘Invite AI Interpreter’

Once the bot joins the call, make sure to Admit or Allow it depending on your meeting platform.
During the Meeting - Real-time Translation & Display Settings
Once your meeting begins:
Live subtitles will appear automatically
Participants can select their preferred subtitle language at the bottom
Click the ‘Layout’ button in the top right to toggle:
Classic or New layout
Dark Mode
When the EventCAT AI Interpreter joins the meeting, a subtitle link is automatically posted in the chat. Participants can use this link to follow the live translations.
